5 tips to read before you play and a fulfillment update!
over 4 years ago – Thu, Jan 16, 2020 at 02:18:45 AM

Delivery status: 96% of games have been shipped

Hey everyone!

What an exciting week is has been, thousands of games have turned up since my last update and the initial feedback has been fantastic. I’ve seen countless photos of people playing the standard, family and solo modes and it is wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing your stories and photos, it means the world to me and I'm so pleased you are all enjoying the game.

For everyone who is still waiting, we’re just about there and there is a full update below, but first, here are some tips for everyone to read before they start playing.

5 tips to read before you play

Tip 1) Which cards to use / Kickstarter Pack

A few people have been confused by the number of cards in the box being different to the number listed in the rulebook. This is because everyone who backed the Kickstarter received both the game, and the Kickstarter Pack expansion in the same box, so you will have extra cards.

The Kickstarter Pack cards can be identified by the purple bag in the bottom left corner.

I would recommend for your first 2 – 3 games that you do not include any of the Kickstarter Pack cards, this is an expansion that does add extra complexity to the game and is best used when you’re familiar with the game.

When you do use it, shuffle all the non-lesson module cards into the discovery deck (blue backed cards) and then follow the rules for lesson modules on page 23 for how to use the lesson module cards.

If you are struggling with forming the discovery deck, you can find a full step-by-step breakdown of everything in our FAQ.

Tip 2) FAQ / Card clarifications

Have you got a question about a rule or card, these should help!

Tip 3) Replacement Parts

If you have a missing piece or something arrived damaged then I am very sorry, please fill in our replacement form and I will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Tip 4) How to pack away

Wondering the best way to pack away your game? Here’s the official method I recommend:

Tip 5) Join our Facebook group

There are over 500 people in our Facebook group talking about the game, answering questions, discussing strategies, and sharing photos of their pets in the box. I highly recommend joining if you’d like to share a photo or have a question to ask.

Fulfillment update

I’ve not received my tracking information or game?

Please see the details below specific to your region, not everyone will have received their tracking/game yet.

If you have not received your tracking information by January 29th please contact me, you can use the message system on Kickstarter.

Asia

All games in Asia have now been shipped!

People located in any of the following 7 regions have had their games sent via a hub, you will not receive a shipping notification until the game arrives at the hub, and the estimated delivery time is shown below.

  • Indonesia: Monopolis (3-5 weeks)
  • South Korea: BoardM (1-3 weeks)
  • Philippines: Gaming Library (2-4 weeks)
  • Singapore: Team Board Game (2-4 weeks)
  • Bangkok: Battlefield (2-4 weeks)
  • Vietnam: Boardgame VN (1-3 weeks)
  • Brazil: Not a hub, but sent via a batch shipment (3 - 5 weeks)

If you are not from one of these regions, then your game has been shipped directly and should be with you within the next 2 weeks.

America

All games in America have now been shipped!

I expect everyone to receive their tracking by the end of this week, and your games should arrive within the next 2 weeks, but most will have already turned up.

Canada

The Canadian orders should arrive at the shipping facility within the next 48 hours and start entering the local post system shortly afterwards.

I expect people to start receiving their games from Tuesday next week, and everyone should have them within the next 2 weeks.

Additionally, I really want to apologise to all of our Canadian backers for your games arriving after everyone else. I spend a lot of time organising fulfilment and working hard to get everyone their games within the same short period but this time around the unexpected switch from Starlit proved very problematic. Back in November I spoke a little about having to change the plans last minute and while we’re still delivering to you 2 months early, I do understand the frustration in getting the games last I want you to know I am very sorry about this and did everything I could to avoid it.

Australia/New Zealand

All games in Australia/New Zealand have now been shipped!

I expect everyone to receive their tracking by the end of this week, and your games should arrive within the next 2 weeks, but most will have already turned up.

Europe/UK/Rest of the World

All games in UK/EU/Rest of the world have now been shipped!

I expect everyone to receive their tracking by the end of this week, and your games should arrive within the next 2 weeks, but many will have already turned up.

Important reminder

Today I also have an important reminder for you all!

The Isle of Cats has been designed to be fully inclusive and can be enjoyed by all sorts of animals from furry to scaly and big to small.

So you too can have fun gaming with your best friend today!

(I'm still hoping to see a bird, snake and something unexpected in the coming weeks!)

 Until next time

Well we're nearly at the end but I still have a lot of work to do in making sure our remaining backers get their games and that all questions get answered. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts so far, so many people have been spreading the game across social media and it's been incredible.

Have a fantastic week and I'll be in touch again soon!

Shipping update for The Isle of Cats!
over 4 years ago – Tue, Jan 07, 2020 at 02:06:55 AM

Expected Delivery: December/January

Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a fantastic festive season and are ready for some cats, because I know they are ready for you!

If your game has already arrived then please feel free to share your photos, and ask any questions on our Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2287254094824907/

You will be pleased to hear we are now in the shipping phase, and wherever you are in the world, your game is currently being packed and will be on your gaming table soon. The full details are below, please find the section specific to you and read it carefully, this will give you all the details you need to understand when your game will arrive.

But first, a few common questions:

Q) Will I get a tracking code sent via email?

A) Yes! Everyone will be sent a tracking code*.

* Please keep in mind sometimes these codes will get caught in spam filters or may take longer to arrive than we would like. All of our shipping partners will try their best to notify you in advance, but sometimes it just doesn't work out and I do apologise in advance if your code doesn't arrive. This will not impact the timing of your delivery itself.

Q) I didn't get the right items, or there is a problem with my game, what should I do?

A) Please complete the form on this page and I will get back to you as quickly as possible*: http://thecityofkings.com/support/replacement-parts/

*Unfortunately replacements will not be able to be processed until the shipping process is complete, but they will be a top priority once our fulfillment centers have finished sending out the games.

Q) My game hasn't arrived, what should I do?

A) Plese be patient, it will be there soon!*

*With thousands of games being shipped to over 70 different countries around the world it can take a while for shipments to be processed and even longer for them to arrive with you. Unfortunately, I will not be able to look into any specific queries until January 31st, the date all packages will have been shipped and I will only then have the tracking details to hand.

Q) When will my game arrive?

A) Please read the region-specific details below.

Asia

All games in Asia have now been shipped, however some games will take longer than others to arrive.

People located in any of the following 7 regions have had their games sent via a hub, you will not receive a shipping notification until the game arrives at the hub, and the estimated total shipping time is shown below.

  • Indonesia: Monopolis (4-6 weeks)
  • South Korea: BoardM (2-4 weeks)
  • Philippines: Gaming Library (3-5 weeks)
  • Singapore: Team Board Game (3-5 weeks)
  • Bangkok: Battlefield (3-5 weeks)
  • Vietnam: Boardgame VN (2-4 weeks)
  • Brazil: Not a hub, but sent via a batch shipment (4 - 6 weeks)

If you are not from one of these regions, then your game has been shipped directly and should be with you within the next 4 weeks.

America

Currently 15% of all of our USA orders have been shipped, we are now shipping 500 - 800 orders a day and by the end of this week most of them will be shipped.

I expect all US orders to be sent out by the middle of next week, and they should be with you by the end of the month.

Canada

The Canadian orders have been packed and are being sent to Canada via truck so that we can manage the customs fees. I expect them to arrive in Canada within the next 7 days, and then they will take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive with you.

I expect all the Canadian orders to be with you by the end of the month.

Australia/New Zealand

Firstly, I hope all of you in the areas impacted by the fires are safe, and your families as well.

Unfortunately, the last couple of weeks have proven a little tricky in Australia and this has caused us some problems.

The games have arrived safely, and some of them have been packed and shipped out. However, the box factory has had some delays in getting the rest of the needed boxes to us, so roughly half of the orders have been put on pause.

Originally these boxes were meant to be with us before Christmas, but now they are expected by the end of this week. I am confident we will have them soon and that the other half of the orders will be sent out by the end of next week, but my apologies this has taken a little longer than I had hoped.

I still expect you all to have your games by the end of the month.

Europe/UK/Rest of the World

Fulfillment for Europe, the UK, and the rest of the world has started today! It will take 2 weeks for all of the shipments to be processed, but we are expecting 300+ to go out each day, and for all orders to be shipped by January 17th.

For the UK, your shipments should arrive within 1 week of the shipment being sent.

For most of Europe, your shipments will arrive within 2 - 4 weeks of the shipment being sent.

For everyone else, your shipments will arrive within 3 - 5 weeks of the shipment being sent.

Until next time

I can't believe the game is already shipping, the past 6 months have been some of the busiest of my life and to start shipping the game exactly 5 months after the Kickstarter finished is something I never imagined I'd be able to do. Whatz Games, OTX, and our shipping partners have all done such a fantastic job in helping streamline the process and I'm very grateful to be working with them.

I'm also thankful for every one of you, you've made this process such a joy, there's been so much positivity and fun surrounding the project and I truly hope you enjoy the games when they arrive.

I'll send out another update in a couple of weeks once we have gotten through the majority of fulfillment, until then, have a fantastic 2020!

Everything you need to know about fulfilment!
over 4 years ago – Thu, Dec 19, 2019 at 01:39:18 AM

Expected Delivery: December/January (see below for details)

Hey everyone,

I hope you are having a fantastic December and are looking forward to Christmas? I have some wonderful news for you all so let's get straight to it!

This is going to be a fairly detailed update with a lot of information so before I begin, here is a summary of what to expect:

  • BackerKit is now locked and all your data has been sent to our fulfilment partners.
  • Fulfilment in Asia is about to begin, fulfilment everywhere else will be starting within the next 1 - 3 weeks depending on where you are. Full details below after the big disclaimer and happy Frank messaging.
  • If your game arrives with any problems please fill in the replacement parts form on our website.
  • The City of Games has had a complete refresh with a new logo and website and now has a section dedicated to The Isle of Cats.
  • Christmas and New Year is coming so this will likely be the last update this year.

BackerKit locked

As mentioned in the last update, December 16th was the final day for completing your BackerKit and updating your address. This has now passed and everyones BackerKit accounts are now locked, your pledges have been processed, and our fulfilment partners now have your information.

What if I didn't complete my BackerKit yet?

If you haven't filled in your survey then you will not receive your game with the first wave of shipping. I will be leaving your survey unlocked for the time being and in January will close BackerKit for good. Anyone who completes their survey between December 16th and January 17th will receive their pledges (assuming we still have stock) in a second wave of shipping in February.

What if I didn't update my address?

Unfortunately at this point there is no easy way to solve this, where possible I will get our partners to update your address, but in some instances it may be too late as the labels are already printing in some regions. As a result, this means there may now be a charge to update your address but it will be managed on a case by case basis.

Fulfilment timelines

The disclaimer

Our original shipping estimate was March 2020, we are now looking to start shipping at the end of December, with the majority of shipping happening in January. This is obviously a lot earlier than originally expected and it is still possible a delay may happen. Either way right now I'm very confident you will have your items by March, but hopefully these plans will work out and you'll have it much earlier.

Asia

  • All of your games are now with our partner VFI.
  • All of your fulfilment data is now with VFI.

VFI are now processing the data, have started pre-packing shipments and are going to be sending out your games very soon. As VFI wont be stopping for Christmas I expect most of the games for our Asian backers to be sent out by the end of December, with the rest being sent in early January.

Typically our shipments to countries around China can take a long time to arrive, especially with the upcoming CNY, so please be patient with your shipments.

In late January I will send out an update on what to do if your tracking information hasn't arrived, until then I will not be able to offer any updates on individual cases.

Why is Asia getting their game earlier than everyone else?

I know a few of you may be wondering this, as with my previous campaigns I've made sure the shipments are sent a little bit closer together. The reason is the Chinese New Year, in February China will shut down and nothing will happen, if we don't ship the games now then they could get held up by the CNY and be delayed by a month or more. As such I decided to start shipping games to our Asian community earlier to avoid any such issues. Unfortunately the other regions aren't ready just yet to start, but they wont be far behind.

  America/Canada

  • All of your games are arriving today and tomorrow with our partner QML.
  • All of your fulfilment data is now with QML and is being processed.

By the end of this week the games will be with QML and the fulfilment data should be processed, this will allow me to pay the deposit which signals QML to start. Due to Christmas and the various holidays it may delay the payment being processed, so it's impossible to know exactly what day that will happen.

Either way, QML will try to start fulfilment for America and Canada in the last few days of December with the majority of the shipments going out in the first week of January. I expect all of the American and Canadian shipments to be sent by January 14th at the absolute latest, but believe it will be sooner.

In late January I will send out an update on what to do if your tracking information hasn't arrived, until then I will not be able to offer any updates on individual cases.

Tariffs

You'll be pleased to know the shipments arrived in the US in time and are not subject to any of the potential new trade tariffs.

  Australia/New Zealand

  • All of your games are now with our partner Unicorn Games.
  • All of your fulfilment data is now with Unicorn Games.

Unicorn Games have are waiting on a shipment of custom boxes to pack your games into, these are due to arrive within the next working week, but as with all things right now, this may get delayed due to Christmas.

As soon as the boxes arrive they will begin fulfilment. Currently I expect fulfilment will start in the last few days of December with the majority of shipments going out at the start of January. I expect everything to be sent out by January 14th.

In late January I will send out an update on what to do if your tracking information hasn't arrived, until then I will not be able to offer any updates on individual cases.

  Europe/Rest of the world

  • All of your games are expected to arrive next week with our partner Gamesquest.
  • All of your fulfilment data is now with Gamesquest.

The EU shipment takes a little longer than the others but it is due to be delivered next week. In fact it will hit right in the Christmas break and Gamesquest have been very helpful in agreeing to receive the shipments during this time.

Assuming the shipments arrive without issue then we will be good to start fulfilment right away as they have already started working on packing plans and sorting the data. The expectation is for fulfillment to start at the beginning of January and for all shipments to be sent by January 17th.

In late January I will send out an update on what to do if your tracking information hasn't arrived, until then I will not be able to offer any updates on individual cases.

Brexit

So far, so good! With the current plan I anticipate all EU shipments to be sent before anything happens and I no longer see Brexit as a concern for the project.

Summary

We are currently several months ahead of our predicted delivery date of the end of March and it’s very exciting that games will start shipping out within the next few days. But, with that said, please do bare with me during Christmas and the New Year and don’t be concerned if you don’t here anything until January.

For the vast majority of you, your games will be sent between the 6th and 17th of January and I will not be able to provide any updates to the status of your orders until fulfilment has finished which is currently estimated as the 24th January.

I know some of you will want to have updates on your shipping status sooner, but hopefully you understand the holiday season makes everything a little more complicated. As a positive, let's celebrate the fact we are currently hoping to ship 2-3 months early!

Replacement parts

While we always do our best to make sure each game is complete, there are always a few games with missing pieces. If your game arrives with any problems please fill in the replacement parts form on our website and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note, we wont be able to ship out any replacement parts until fulfilment has completed, but it will be a top priority as soon as shipping completes

The City of Games new look

I'm really excited to be able to release the new look for The City of Games along with our new website. If you'd like to learn more you can do so here.

The new website will contain a lot of handy information for The Isle of Cats along with resources, FAQ's and instructions for requesting replacement parts.

Christmas and the New Year

This will be the last update before Christmas and the New Year so I hope you all have a fantastic holiday season and get to spend much time with your love ones playing games.

Thank you so much for making this year an amazing one and I can't wait for you all to start the new year with The Isle of Cats.

Manufacturing complete - Last chance to confirm your address.
over 4 years ago – Tue, Nov 26, 2019 at 01:53:17 AM

Expected Delivery: January/February 2020

Hey everyone,

I hope you've had a good November and are nearly ready for Christmas! Tomorrow Sara and I will be travelling to Portugal for a week to introduce our parents to each other, which is a terrifying thought! This is the one time a year where I will be semi-offline and will be much slower than usual to respond to queries, I apologise for that in advance and wanted to send this update to make sure you were all fully updated before I left.

Depending on where you live in the world this update is going to have some fairly important information, so please look out for the bits that are relevant to you. The last weeks have been filled with some serious planning due to all the events happening around the world and I'll be summarising them below.

Addresses locking - 16th December

On the 16th December I will be closing BackerKit, fully disabling pre-orders and locking everyones details.

  • If your address has changed please make sure you update your survey now. You can do this by logging into BackerKit.
  • If you have not completed your survey, this is your final chance to do so and make sure you get your rewards.

After the 16th December any changes to addresses may result in additional fees and your package being delayed.

Manufacturing complete

I'm pleased to confirm the manufacturing of the game is now complete, some of the shipments have already left our manufacturers facilities, and the rest will be leaving any day.

What happens next?

Well now we have to wait for everything to cross the oceans and arrive at our fulfilment centres, these are based in China, America, Australia, and the UK*. It can take up to 2 months for this process to complete and is the last step before we can ship the games to you.

* Canada - See the update below about Canada.

EU / Brexit

For those of you in the EU I wanted to take a minute to touch on Brexit. When the Kickstarter finished back in July I had assumed Brexit would have come and gone, agreements would be in place, and we would all have an idea of what the final situation was. Unfortunately things keep being pushed back and no agreement has been confirmed. This makes it impossible for me to make any decisions about our fulfilment approach for the EU as I don't have the information I need. The UK is having a general election on December 12th, and the outcome of that will give us some idea to the next steps. The earliest (likely) Brexit outcome will be January 31st, but there is little certainty.

I am currently working on a plan to get the EU games into the UK before January 31st, we would then focus on shipping all non-UK, EU based shipments out as quickly as possible to make sure we avoid any consequences of the election, and the Jan 31st Brexit deadlines. If this plan fails, or some unexpected thing comes out of Brexit, then I will adapt at the time and update you

Please just be aware I constantly evolve my plans around the current situation and will do everything I can to make sure your games get to you without any unexpected issues.

America / Trade tariffs

Many of you might be aware of new trade tariffs that keep being threatened in America for boardgames, similar to Brexit this is something I'm monitoring and evolving around as much as possible.

Currently the plan is to get the games into the US as quickly as possible and as long as all goes to plan, they will arrive in the US before the tariffs go live.

If for some reason I fail to get the games to the US quick enough, then I'll be paying the tariffs and of course not passing these fees onto anyone.

It does mean however the retail price of the game may go up should we get hit by tariffs, but that won't impact anyone who has already paid.

Canada / A new plan!

Over the last year I have been speaking with Starlit Citadel about fulfilment of The Isle of Cats and everything has been great. I've worked with them for a number of years so was pleased to be working with them again.

Unfortunately I received an email from Starlit recently (just 3 hours before their shipment was due to leave the factory) saying they would no longer be able to fulfil the project. I don't want to go into too many details, but it looks like Starlit are going through a difficult time at the moment and they didn't want to risk having our games and being unable to deliver them.

This led to a series of phonecalls as I had to find a reliable partner to manage our Canadian orders quickly, without introducing any risks. I spoke with a number of potential companies but in the end decided to work with Quartermaster Logistics, who already manage our US orders.

Last month QML introduced a new option for Canada fulfilment and after some successful trials it seems to be working well. The process involves them packing the games in their warehouse and then driving them into Canada where they deposit them into your postal systems. This means we get to pay all the custom fees for you, keeping them customs free, and you get your games in a reliable fashion.

This option is more expensive than Starlit and some of the other options, but given the time pressure to re-organise the shipment and the great relationship I already have with QML, it was the safest choice to make sure you get everything as promised. I won't be passing any of the extra costs on, and will keep you updated with the process as we get closer to fulfilment.

Asia / Chinese New Year

Every time I fulfil a Kickstarter I try to deliver everyones games in the shortest window possible, giving everyone there game within a couple of weeks, regardless of where they are in the world.

Unfortunately this time around we are the wrong side of the Chinese New Year and this causes some complications for our backers based in Asia, who are fulfilled by our Chinese partner VFI.

For the rest of the world I am now looking to fulfil in January/February, but to avoid having our Asian backers games stuck in the postal system during the CNY, I am going to be shipping out their games slightly earlier.

For our Asian backers there are 3 groups, short, medium and long distance.

  • The short distance are typically those in China or close enough to VFI where your shipments can get to you within 1 week of leaving their fulfilment centre.
  • The medium distance are 1 - 2 weeks
  • The long distance are 3 - 6 weeks.

Short distance

Your games will be sent early January, 2 weeks prior to the CNY to give them the best chance possible of getting to you before everything shuts down.

Medium distance

Your games will be sent late December to make sure they get out of China and into your local postal systems prior to the CNY

Long distance

Your games will be shipped from the 17th December, with the goal of them getting out of China prior to the CNY.

Summary

This does mean some of our Asian backers will receive their games a week or two before anyone else, but I believe this is the fairest approach to avoid them receiving them much later than everyone else.

With that said, I am sure a few of our Asian backers games will still get stuck in the postal system and if you are one of those, I ask you to understand I've done everything I can to avoid this, it will unfortunately be out of my hands. You will still receive your games well before March (the shipping deadline) as originally promised.

Conclusion

It's certainly a complicated time to be shipping a game, with Brexit, Trade Tariffs, fulfilment partners closing down and the Chinese New Year I am wondering how many hours sleep I'll get in the coming weeks. But I look forward to the challenge and will continue to do everything I can to make sure everyone gets their games as early as possible.

You may have noticed I've moved the estimated shipping to January/February to account for my Brexit, Trade Tariff,  and CNY plans. It's important we all remember there might still be issues found during the importing process we are currently undergoing but I am hopeful we'll hit these earlier dates.

I still see March 2020 as our shipping deadline, but every part of me is going to push to get the games to you in January/February,

Until next time

Have a fantastic week, and wherever you are in the world I hope you keep safe and have a good December.

Manufacturing part 4 - Production samples!
over 4 years ago – Tue, Nov 05, 2019 at 02:47:52 AM

Expected Delivery: February 2020

Hey everyone,

I hope you had a good October, and for those of you who celebrated, a fantastic Halloween! The last few weeks have been busy and I am incredibly happy to let you all know that the production sample is here.

I'm so happy in fact I entirely forgot how to take a good photo and account for lighting, so please excuse the quality of some of these. I'll be looking to get some better photos taken soon!

The samples included 2 copies of the game, the Kickstarter Pack, and the Late Arrivals expansion.

This photo shows all the components included in the standard game, there's so much stuff I had to overlap a lot of the boards but I'm very happy with how it all looks!

A close up of a few of the pieces, you can see the cat stories on the side of the box and some of the unique rare treasure artworks. Just look how big that bag is!

For anyone wondering why the middle of the pile of cards are a different colour, it's because I have them flipped so I can check the 3 packages of cards in the box. When they are all rotated the normal way, they don't look like this.

Most of the contents of the Kickstarter Pack, there are a fair few fish and a lot more cards!

For anyone backing the Kickstarter, you will receive the Kickstarter Pack within the core game box itself.

The Late Arrivals expansion has a few extras not mentioned on the Kickstarter. Nothing crazy, but you'll notice there is an extra small meeple of each colour to better support the higher player count and some more baskets. This is because I made some minor adjustments to a few of the cards and wanted to make sure there were enough of these components in every situation.

While going through the production samples there were some very minor issues, a couple of incorrect finishes and packing issues, but nothing that is hard to fix or adds any delays. The colours of everything are incredible, so much better than the photos can show, the meeples look fantastic and the box is beautiful. All the components are such high quality and I think you will be very happy when you get them in your hands.

In fact, Whatz have outdone themselves this time around and I am blown away by how good the production sample looks. They've really upped their game with quality control and this leads us to some interesting news...

Updated shipping date

OK, OK, please, I repeat, please read the following disclaimer:

The official shipping deadline for The Isle of Cats is March 2020, nothing I say moving forward changes this.

However!

I am pleased to say we are now ahead of schedule and right now I believe the games will be shipping 1 month early, in February. This is because the games will be going onto boats much sooner than I originally planned as we have (currently) had no problems which led to delays in the manufacturing process.

It is possible an issue might arise tomorrow, it's possible when the games eventually arrive at our fulfilment centres that there could be a shipping problem. It's possible we may still slip back to March, and if that happens please do not be disapointed! But right now things are very much ahead of schedule.

This means I will be locking down shipping addresses in 6 weeks time to give our fulfilment centres time to prepare everything before the games arrive, speeding up the eventual fulfilment process.

Locking down shipping addresses

What does this mean?

Right now you can login to BackerKit and update your shipping address, in fact, if your address has changed or will change then you should certainly do this ASAP.

On the 16th December this will no longer be possible and we will not be able to update your address. Should you need to change your address after this date, you will need to message me and there may be additional fees depending on the status of your order.

I will continue to send out updates about this in the coming weeks.

Until next time

For the next couple of weeks I'm going to be holding the production sample, smiling and wondering whether or not life could be any better. I'm so very excited to be able to share this game with you and hope you have a fantastic November!

- Frank
